Smoked Paprika Chickpeas

Cook time: 30-40 minutes

The simplest of snacks packed full of flavor and just simply roasted.


  • 1 can of chickpeas (400g)
  • 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil


Flavour the drained chickpeas in a bowl with the olive oil and smoked paprika to coat. Place all on to a baking tray and place into the oven at 180C. Mix occasionally to ensure even cooking. Can be served hot or cold.
